Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to apply for a Commis Chef position within your kitchen. I have over 2 years of professional kitchen experience in Dubai, including working at Scalini (Four Seasons Jumeirah) and currently at Tatel Restaurant.
I am skilled in hot kitchen operations, mise en place, and maintaining consistency during high-volume service. I follow strict HACCP and food safety standards and work efficiently under pressure while supporting senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
I am currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately, including for trial shifts. I am eager to contribute to your kitchen team and continue developing my skills in a professional environment.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I would welcome the opportunity to attend an interview.
Kind regards,
Kenneth Birungi
