Operations Manager (Business Operations – Sales & Business Development)
Optimize General Trading FZE l SPCA Sharjah l October 2021 – Present
Lead day-to-day operations for departments & teams, overseeing employees and ensuring efficient
workflows and adherence to company policies.
Provide sales support to the organization through applying sales & Marketing and Business
Development Strategies and introducing new clients to the organization.
Implement Process improvements that resulted increase in operational efficiency and a reduction in costs
over the last 4 years.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic goals and operational
priorities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies, aligning
departmental objectives with overall company goals.
Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), ensuring operational goals are met and exceeded.
Oversee supply chain management, working with Vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and
