Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, fire alarms, LV/HV panel installations, lighting, and HVAC support.
Practical experience in fit-out works, including civil, joinery, and MEP coordination.
HSE safety incharge health and fire Warden are electrical
Proven compliance with UAE regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, DM, JAFZA, TECOM).
A valid UAE driving license and multilingual communication skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) to manage diverse teams and subcontractors effectively.
