With four years of Camp Boss experience in India, I have managed approximately 1,500 contract workers, handling accommodation allocation, room inspections, maintenance coordination, catering, housekeeping, HSE compliance, worker grievances, discipline, attendance, stock control, and daily occupancy reports. My MBA, administrative abilities, and UAE work experience have further strengthened my communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Although I am yet to gain direct Camp Boss experience in the UAE, I bring practical camp-management experience, a willingness to learn your procedures, and the determination to earn your trust through performance rather than promises.
