I have experience coordinating with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and employees to meet manpower requirements and ensure smooth workforce management across construction operations.
I am capable of handling employee-related issues professionally, maintaining accurate HR documentation, supporting performance management, and coordinating with management to improve employee productivity and workplace discipline. My broad experience in construction operations also enables me to understand project manpower requirements and the importance of maintaining effective coordination between HR, administration, and site teams.
