I am writing to express my interest in the Senior Civil Site Engineer / Civil Site Engineerposition within your organization. With over 10 years of experience in civil construction and site execution across India and the UAE, I bring strong hands-on expertise in structural and architectural works, high-rise residential construction, site coordination, and construction progress monitoring.I am currently working as a Senior Site Engineer – Civil with SOBHA Construction LLC, Dubai, on the Sobha Hartland 2 project, where I supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities in accordance with approved GFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. My responsibilities include reinforcement, BBS, formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, flooring, finishing activities, manpower and material coordination, progress monitoring, and site documentation.Throughout my career, I have contributed to major high-rise and institutional projects in the UAE and India, including Sobha Hartland 2, The Broadstone, Crown Residences, Clover, MyHome Bhooja, and government institutional projects. I have extensive experience interpreting structural and architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, resolving site execution issues, managing work sequencing, and maintaining DPR, WPR, RFI, and inspection documentation.My practical experience, combined with a B.E. in Civil Engineering, has developed my ability to manage site activities efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and project requirements. I am particularly interested in opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC where I can contribute my construction expertise and continue to take on greater project responsibilities.Thank you for considering my application.
