I'm Omar Ibrahim, proactive, experienced and customer-oriented automotive engineer. I got my BSc of Mechanical Engineering degree in 2011, and MSc of Automotive Engineering in 2013, and have been working in the automotive aftersales trade for over 16 years. During my career, I was managing workshops, leading professional teams, handling customers, and have a solid background of troubleshooting and diagnosis modern and advanced automotive systems.
Leadership, customer handling, problem resolving, pro-active communication, and technical training are my top strengths.
