Dear Hiring Manager,

With over 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, primarily within the contracting industry, I have developed strong expertise in managing end-to-end accounting operations while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and reporting standards.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, fixed asset accounting, depreciation, prepayments, accruals and provisions, month-end and year-end financial closing, financial reporting, budgeting support, VAT compliance, tax preparation, and coordination with external auditors. I also have extensive experience in project accounting, including preparation of work-done applications, project cost tracking, invoicing, and submission through client portals.
My expertise lies in tools such as Tally ERP.9, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and MS Office (with strong skills in Conditional Formatting). I am immediately available and eager to contribute to your finance team with the following capabilities:
Core Strengths and Key Skills:
* Analyze and record operating expenses/revenue; generate monthly reports for management.
* Provide accounting and clerical support ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
* Coordinate closely with the General Manager to stay aligned with operational activities.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, credit/debit notes, and aging reports.
* Oversee inventory management and reconcile stock reports.
* Handle bank reconciliations, remittances, and verify all account transactions.
* Interact with customers and suppliers to resolve financial matters efficiently.
* Manage day-to-day financial operations for e commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
