With over 6 years of experience across the UAE and Pakistan, I have developed strong expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, vendor management, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. In my current role with Europrime Limousine LLC, Dubai, I manage end-to-end AP operations, vendor payments, WPS payroll, reconciliations, and financial documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Currently, my role involves performing the tasks listed below:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements (income, balance sheets, cash flow).
Assist in financial forecasts, and various analysis to support decision-making.
Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and clients collect.
Manage and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
Calculate and file UAE VAT, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Perform internal audits to verify financial data accuracy and compliance.
Prepare required financial reports (monthly, quarterly).
Payroll management, prepare salaries in compliance with WPS.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for cash management.
Assist in financial analysis, including cost analysis and profitability assessment for each department.
Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
Manage and streamline day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency across all departments.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of services.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
I am with strong proficiency in MS Office, with a proven ability to maintain accurate financial records, streamline payment processes, and support audit and VAT requirements.
I hold a master's degree in commerce and am currently based in Dubai on an Employment Visa. I am confident that my accounting experience, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence would make me a valuable addition to your team.
