I’m selling a plate-loaded twist core trainer (rotational torso machine) that I used in my home gym for core and oblique work. It’s about 1–2 years old and in good condition with normal signs of use. The machine has a rotating foot/plate platform and a sturdy upright with handles at chest height for stability while performing controlled twisting movements. Plates load on the back of the rotating plate to add resistance (plates not included in sale). Frame and welds are solid, grips are intact, and the rotating mechanism moves smoothly with no unusual noise. Ideal for strengthening obliques, core rotation, and improving rotational power for sports. Local pickup only. Contact me if you want to inspect or try it first.
