I'm selling a used road bike rear wheel with caliper brake and tyre. It's about 1-2 years old and in good condition with normal use marks. The wheel runs true, spokes are intact, and the tyre still has usable tread (some signs of wear). The caliper brake is attached and functional, though the pads show wear and may need replacement depending on how much you ride. The hub and cassette area are clean and the axle is straight. Comes as pictured — ready to fit to a road frame that uses caliper brakes.
