This is a late-1990s Status Graphite Energy Artist 6-String Bass (made in England).
Here are the factory specifications for this model:
Body & Neck
Body: Ash / Swamp Ash body (clear natural finish showing heavy grain wear)
Neck: 3-piece bolt-on rock maple with dual carbon fiber/graphite reinforcement rods inside
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Frets: 24 frets + Zero Fret
Scale Length: 34" standard scale
Nut: Graphite with zero-fret design
Hardware & Electronics
Pickups: Original Status Hyperactive soapbar humbuckers
Preamp / Electronics: Active Status 9V

Active EQ (Treble Boost/Cut)
Bridge: Black machined brass (~18mm string spacing)
