I bought it about 1–6 months ago and it has been used only once, so it's in excellent condition with no stains, tears, or visible wear. The chaise is on the right side (as shown in photos) and the sofa converts into a bed easily for guests. Cushions are firm and the fabric is soft and neutral, matching modern interiors.
