USB 3.0 on case not working

I'm selling a mid-tower PC case with a tempered glass side panel. I installed a motherboard in it to test fit and confirm all standoff locations; it's currently shown with the board mounted but no CPU cooler, GPU, PSU, or storage drives. Case is about 1–2 years old and in excellent condition with minor cosmetic signs from normal use. The case includes one rear exhaust fan and has front/top ventilation grills and cable routing cutouts. No warranty applies. Selling the case as-is; you can reuse the existing motherboard standoffs and mounting points.
